Once our staff drafts a proof, you can cancel before clicking "Approve". Once approved, production starts.
Once active printing begins, custom materials and inks are permanently consumed. Cancellation is not possible.
We hold ourselves to strict quality alignment checks. If you receive an order with printing defects (e.g. incorrect media GSM, severe color misalignment, wrong dimensions, or transit damage), you can initiate a claim within **7 days of delivery**:
1. Take clear photos / video of defective prints
2. Share with order details via WhatsApp / Email
3. Get free immediate reprints or full refund
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, NetBanking) via **Razorpay Secure Refund Desk** within **3 to 5 business days**.
